Overview
- Thursday’s kickoff features a Parade of Ships on the Delaware River from 10:15 to 10:40 a.m., with Navy vessels USS Arlington, USS Lassen, USS Billings and USS Cooperstown joined by Coast Guard cutters and Naval Academy craft.
