• Shortlisted candidates were named against each vacancy at a 1:5 ratio following the May exam and June answer key stages
• Separate PDF lists are available for roles including legal assistant, stenographer, electrician-cum-plumber and mess helper
• Each entry details roll number, name, date of birth, gender, category, disability status and any prior government or PSU experience
• All shortlist documents can be accessed on navodaya.gov.in without individual notification to candidates
• Dates for interviews, skill tests and trade tests will be published online in due course
