Navalny Group Alleges New Putin-Linked Palace in Crimea With Private Hospital

Navalny’s Anti-Corruption Foundation says newly published evidence ties the Cape Aya estate to Kremlin security protocols using the same financing networks identified in earlier palace probes.

Overview

  • FBK released floor plans, interior photos and project documents for an estate at Cape Aya in occupied Crimea that it alleges is tied to Vladimir Putin.
  • The materials show a private medical center with an operating theatre, a cryotherapy chamber, spa facilities, an indoor pool, entertainment rooms, a helipad, a pier and an artificial white-sand beach.
  • Investigators estimate construction at around 10 billion rubles (about $127–130 million) and describe ownership routed through companies such as LLC Bereg and Golden Gate, mirroring structures seen in the Gelendzhik probe.
  • Technical specifications cited by FBK reference Russia’s Federal Protective Service and contractors including Credo, which the group says have worked on other official and unofficial presidential residences.
  • The site was earlier linked to Viktor Yanukovych before the 2014 annexation of Crimea, after which reports said it was placed under Russian state management; the Kremlin has not commented on the new allegations.
