Nationals Promote DJ Herz for MLB Debut as Trevor Williams Hits Injured List

DJ Herz, 23, recalled from Triple-A Rochester to make his Major League debut.
Williams has been a standout this season with a 5-0 record and 2.22 ERA in 11 starts.
Herz has a 3-2 record and 3.75 ERA over nine starts in Triple-A, with 42 strikeouts.
Herz was acquired from the Cubs in July and is the Nationals' highest-rated left-handed pitching prospect.
