The Nationals have recalled Drew Millas after CT scans confirmed Ruiz’s head bruise from an 80-plus-mph foul ball ricochet in the dugout that has raised MLB safety questions.

Nationals catcher Keibert Ruiz exited Monday’s game at the Padres after being hit by a foul ball while in the dugout.
