• Bruce, a 21-month-old golden retriever, was promoted from Triple-A Rochester and will make his major league debut at Nationals Park on June 14.
• He holds a perfect 1.000 bat retrieval average in three outings this season for the Rochester Red Wings.
• The debut will include a press conference and an honorary pregame bat retrieval rather than live-game action.
• Pups in the Park day will feature the WTAR Puppy Lounge with adoptable dogs from Wolf Trap Animal Rescue in section 143.
• After the ceremonies conclude, Bruce will head back to his duties with Triple-A Rochester.
