Overview

• The National Police has finalized the schedule and venues for the central celebrations in Vigo, running from September 25 to October 2.
• Exhibitions in Jardines de Montero Ríos and the port area will feature vehicles and equipment from units including the Air Unit, UIP, GEO, TEDAX-NRBQ, Mounted Unit and Canine Guides.
• Interactive activities such as a virtual shooting range, fingerprint demonstrations and a didactic concert by the Banda de Música de la Policía Nacional are designed to engage citizens.
• The program is organized through a partnership between national police leadership, the Ayuntamiento de Vigo, the Delegación del Gobierno en Galicia and sponsors like Abanca, Afundación and the Port Authority.
• The week concludes with the National Police Awards gala at Teatro García Barbón on October 1 and the main institutional act on Avenida García Barbón on October 2.
