- Grievances originated nationwide, peaking at 1,242 in Uttar Pradesh and extending to regions like Sikkim and Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
- Consumers accessed the helpline via toll-free 1915, the INGRAM portal, WhatsApp, SMS, email, the NCH app, web portal and UMANG App in 17 languages.
- The helpline’s digital expansion and stakeholder partnerships have driven record grievance registrations and swift resolutions.
