National Book Foundation Reveals 2024 Nonfiction and Poetry Longlists

The finalists will be announced on October 1, with winners revealed during the 75th National Book Awards Ceremony on November 20.

This year's nonfiction and poetry nominees encompass a range of topics from personal memoirs to scientific explorations.
The 75th National Book Awards Ceremony will also honor Barbara Kingsolver and W. Paul Coates with lifetime achievement awards.
