Overview

• Metro Nashville police working with the Special Victims Division and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation ran an undercover operation using ads on escort websites and officers posing as 16-year-olds.
• Police say Herman "Jay" Graham III replied to an ad, agreed to pay $120, exchanged cash in a Nashville hotel room, and was arrested on charges of patronizing prostitution with a minor and solicitation of a minor for aggravated statutory rape.
• Graham's bond was set at $45,000, and On3 and OutKick report he was also suspended without pay from his teaching job at Centennial High School.
• Two other men were arrested: Aaron Barnack, 46, who authorities say arranged to spend the night for $1,000 with purported teens, faces two counts each of patronizing prostitution with a minor and solicitation of a minor for aggravated statutory rape, with bond set at $45,000.
• Anthony Proctor, 20, was charged after allegedly agreeing to a $50, 15-minute visit with a purported 16-year-old and has a $41,000 bond, as the investigation continues and all cases proceed through the courts.
