NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs Down to Eight Drivers

NASCAR has cut the playoff field down to eight drivers after three earlier rounds of eliminations.
The next three races will take place at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Homestead-Miami Speedway, and Martinsville Speedway.
Kyle Larson is predicted to be the favorite to win the remaining races, with Denny Hamlin and William Byron also viewed as top contenders.
Martin Truex Jr.'s recent poor performance has led some to question his chances going forward.
The remaining drivers will compete for a spot in the Championship 4 finale at Phoenix Raceway on November 5th.
