NASA, SpaceX Target July 31 Launch for Crew-11 Mission to ISS

Overview

  • Liftoff is scheduled for 12:09 p.m. EDT on July 31 from Launch Complex 39A at Kennedy Space Center, with docking set for approximately 3 a.m. EDT on August 2.
  • The Dragon spacecraft will carry NASA astronauts Zena Cardman and Mike Fincke, JAXA’s Kimiya Yui and Roscosmos cosmonaut Oleg Platonov for a six-month science expedition.
  • This flight represents the 11th crew rotation and 12th human spaceflight mission to the ISS supported by SpaceX’s Dragon capsule since 2020 under NASA’s Commercial Crew Program.
  • NASA will stream prelaunch events, launch, rendezvous, docking, hatch opening and welcome remarks live on NASA+, Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube and social media platforms.
