Overview

  • Nara’s seven-year development produced an organic formula with the highest milk fat content sold in the U.S. and excludes palm oil, soy, corn syrup, maltodextrin and GMOs.
  • Manufactured in Germany under proprietary oxygen-free sealing technology, the formula complies with European safety protocols and holds FDA registration and USDA organic certification.
  • The product is available direct-to-consumer online at $27 per 14.1-ounce can or $180 for a four-can bundle, with subscription plans and plans for future retail distribution.
  • The startup has secured $32 million from backers including AlleyCorp, BBG Ventures, Corazon Ventures, Torch Capital and celebrity investors such as Nicky Hilton Rothschild and Serena Williams.
  • Its Nara Baby + Mom Tracker app has more than one million users to guide product insights, and Nara donated 1,400 cans to the Good+ Foundation.
