• Osaka returned the Tarzana estate to Nick and Vanessa Lachey for $7.95 million in a private off-market deal that closed below its $8.295 million MLS listing price and was brokered by Amy Snider for Osaka and Mauricio Umansky with Craig Knizek for the Lacheys.
• Originally acquired by the Lacheys for about $5 million in 2020, the property sold to Osaka in 2022 for $6.3 million before being repurchased by the couple three years later.
• Built in 2014, the Cape Cod–style home spans roughly 6,855 square feet on a half-acre lot, featuring five bedrooms, multiple living areas and extensive outdoor recreation spaces.
• During her ownership, Osaka added a detached gym emblazoned with her name and logo and a wellness suite equipped with a sauna, cold plunge, steam room and massage table.
• Osaka previously expressed concern as wildfires threatened the area, noting flames within three blocks of the property and arranging to secure her daughter’s birth certificate.
