Overview
- Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis launched the Hazur Sahib Nanded–CSMT Vande Bharat via video conference, with a formal event at Nanded station.
- The train extends the 20705/20706 CSMT–Jalna Vande Bharat and is the first Vande Bharat to directly connect Nanded and Mumbai.
- Regular service runs six days a week, departing Nanded at 5:00 and CSMT at 13:10, with no service on Wednesdays from Nanded and Thursdays from Mumbai.
- The 610 km journey takes about 9 hours 25–30 minutes, reducing travel time by nearly two hours compared with the Devgiri Express.
- Stops include Parbhani, Jalna, Aurangabad, Manmad, Nashik Road, Kalyan, Thane and Dadar, and the 20-coach train seats 1,440 with fares of ₹1,610 (AC Chair Car) and ₹2,930 (Executive).
