Namibia Host Scotland in League 2 ODI at Windhoek

Scotland enter as favorites thanks to a superior table position with an 8–1 head‑to‑head edge.

Overview

Namibia host Scotland in ICC Men's Cricket World Cup League 2 at the Wanderers Cricket Ground in Windhoek.
Scotland sit above Namibia in the standings and have won 8 of their 9 ODI meetings.
Namibia lost to Oman by 3 wickets at the same venue after making 268 for 7, while Scotland's Oman match there was abandoned for weather.
Namibia lean on captain Gerhard Erasmus for runs and left‑arm spinner Bernard Scholtz for wickets, with Scotland led by all‑rounder Brandon McMullen and opener George Munsey.
The Windhoek surface is viewed as balanced but turns more bowler‑friendly as innings progress, so teams batting first often post safer totals.
