• R. Nadhiban has been charged under Section 324 of the Penal Code for voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous weapons.
• The April 17 attack began in a Hougang Avenue 8 car park, where Nadhiban, naked, slashed a 30-year-old man with a knife, injuring his arm.
• The suspect damaged vehicles and later assaulted police officers with a wooden plank embedded with nails, injuring three of them.
