Overview
- Donor-funded hub at Vaikuntham Queue Complex–I consolidates over 6,000 AI-enabled cameras, 3D situational maps and unified dashboards.
- TTD says the system processes 3,60,000 payloads per minute, handles 518 million events daily and generates 2.5 billion inferences in real time.
- Capabilities include predicting sarva darshanam wait-times from Alipiri, facial recognition to help identify missing persons, automated distress alerts, guided evacuations and misinformation monitoring.
- The centre operates around the clock with more than two dozen trained personnel using cross-department escalation for faster field response.
- During the launch, the chief minister urged integrating the hub with other TTD temples and said AI should raise hourly darshan throughput from about 4,500 to 5,500.
