Mystery Deepens in Sarm Heslop's Disappearance

Boyfriend Ryan Bane, a Person of Interest, Refuses Search of His Catamaran

Sarm Heslop, a former flight attendant turned luxury cruise chef, has been missing since March 8, 2021, after last being seen with her boyfriend, Ryan Bane, on his catamaran in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Bane reported Heslop missing to the U.S. Coast Guard nine hours after her disappearance, and has since refused authorities permission to search his catamaran.
Heslop's final movements remain unknown, as surveillance footage from the night of her disappearance was cut off before she and Bane returned to their boat.
Bane's ex-wife, Corie Stevenson, has come forward with allegations of domestic abuse during their marriage, leading to Bane being considered a person of interest in Heslop's disappearance.
Despite being a person of interest, Bane's current whereabouts are unknown, and he has reportedly attempted to sell his catamaran.
