Muslim countries slam Sweden over Koran burning, demand action

Iran will not send a new ambassador to Sweden in protest of a Koran burning outside a mosque in Stockholm.
An Islamic grouping of 57 states called for collective measures to prevent acts of desecration to the Koran.
Turkey, an OIC member, suspended talks with Sweden on its NATO application due to the incident.
Iran's foreign ministry summoned Sweden's charge d'affaires to condemn the incident.
The Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) issued a statement after a meeting in Saudi Arabia to discuss the burning of the Koran in Sweden.
