• Nilani Nimalarajah, a mother-of-three and community fixture, was stabbed to death at Low Cost Food and Wine on Stanley Road, Bootle, on June 20.
• A Home Office post-mortem confirmed that she died from stab wounds to the chest.
• Merseyside Police charged 47-year-old Nimalarajah Mathiyadaranam with murder, possession of a knife blade and two breaches of restraining orders.
