Overview
- DB InfraGO and S-Bahn München are carrying out concentrated works near München-Westkreuz from Nov. 24 at 04:00 to Nov. 29 at 21:30, altering timetables and adding replacement buses on lines S3, S5, S6 and S8.
- S5 service is fully suspended between Ostbahnhof and Pasing/Germering-Unterpfaffenhofen/Weßling, representing the most significant immediate outage.
- S6 runs every 40 minutes between Pasing and Tutzing during the day, with bus replacement between Pasing and Gauting overnight, extended until 07:15 on the morning of Nov. 29.
- S8 operates every 40 minutes between Pasing and Harthaus and every 20 minutes between Harthaus and Herrsching, with night buses between Pasing and Harthaus and additional daytime shuttles on weekdays.
- MVG split the U3 during night milling on Nov. 25–28 and has announced U6 night splits from Nov. 30/Dec. 1 to Dec. 4/5 with 10- and 20-minute patterns, using altered departure platforms on the southern section.
