Overview
- Flap offers animated and audio guides for measures such as identity checks, arrests and dispersal orders in languages including Arabic, Farsi and Ukrainian
- Developed by Munich police and LMU’s Institute for German as a Foreign Language with funding from Bavaria’s Interior Ministry, Flap was piloted at the 2024 Oktoberfest before citywide deployment
