Mumford & Sons and Tate McRae to Headline Radio 1’s Big Weekend 2025 in Liverpool

The festival, set for May 23-25 in Sefton Park, will feature a diverse lineup, including Jorja Smith, Wet Leg, and BRIT Award winner JADE.

Radio 1’s Big Weekend 2025 will take place in Liverpool’s Sefton Park from May 23 to May 25, with Mumford & Sons closing out the event on Sunday.
The lineup includes major acts like Tate McRae, Jorja Smith, Wet Leg, and BRIT Award winner JADE, as well as performances from artists on the New Music Stage such as FLO and Self Esteem.
Mumford & Sons’ performance coincides with the release of their upcoming album, ‘RUSHMERE,’ set to launch on March 28, 2025.
Tickets for the festival go on sale on Thursday, March 13, with 50% reserved for Liverpool residents, 40% for surrounding areas, and 20% for the rest of the UK.
BBC Radio 1 will broadcast live from the festival, with select performances available to stream live and on-demand via iPlayer and BBC Sounds.
