Mumbai Train Services Disrupted This Weekend for Critical Maintenance Work

A 13-hour block on Western Railway and scheduled mega blocks on Central and Harbour lines will impact commuters on February 8 and 9.

Western Railway will implement a 13-hour block from 10 PM on February 8 to 11 AM on February 9 for re-girdering of Bridge No. 5 between Grant Road and Mumbai Central.
The Western Railway block will result in the cancellation of 169 train services and delays of 15 to 30 minutes as fast trains are diverted to slow lines.
Central Railway will conduct a mega block on February 9, affecting fast services between CSMT and Mulund and causing delays of up to 15 minutes.
Harbour line services will also be impacted on February 9, with several trains cancelled between CSMT and Vashi/Belapur/Panvel, as well as CSMT and Bandra/Goregaon.
Passengers are advised to plan their travel in advance and consider alternative routes or transport options during the maintenance periods.
