  • Integration with Metro Lines 2A at D N Nagar, Line 3 at Marol Naka and Line 7 at Western Express Highway has reduced travel times on the VersovaGhatkopar corridor from 90 to 21 minutes.
  • Ghatkopar station leads usage with close to 30 crore commuters, followed by Andheri (23 crore) and Saki Naka (11 crore) since 2014.
  • The electric operation offsets over 67,000 tonnes of CO₂ annually, matching the impact of more than 3 million trees.
  • Commuters and civic groups are calling for six-coach trains to ease peak-hour overcrowding on the high-demand corridor.
