Overview
- Key roads including S. Veer Savarkar Road, S. K. Bole Road, Gokhale Road (South and North), Kakasaheb Gadgil Marg, Sayani Road and Appasaheb Marathe Marg will face closures or restricted access.
- Local residents will retain home access throughout restrictions and motorists must follow alternate routes, signage and directions from traffic officials.
- The Shree Siddhivinayak Temple Trust expects 500,000–600,000 devotees and has arranged separate queue pavilions for men, women and senior citizens.
- Medical teams, water dispensers, sanitation facilities and extra security personnel will be deployed at the temple precincts.
- Darshan will be scheduled in three slots—1:30 am to 3:15 am, 3:30 am to 9:00 pm and 9:30 pm to 11:50 pm—to optimize visitor flow.
