Mumbai Hit-and-Run Cases Leave Two Dead as Investigations Continue

Noor Mohammad Saratullah, 42, was killed in a hit-and-run on the Eastern Express Highway; the driver remains unidentified.
Sadanand Babu Kundar, 70, was struck and killed on Andheri-Kurla Road; the driver fled after taking him to the hospital.
Both cases have been registered under Sections 106(1) (causing death by negligence) and 281 (rash driving) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
Police are analyzing CCTV footage to trace the vehicle involved in the Eastern Express Highway incident.
The Sahar police are working to identify the driver in the Andheri-Kurla Road case based on the car’s registration details.
