• Spain’s traffic authority reported more than 55 kilometres of queues around Valencia during the Wednesday morning peak, with the A-7 and V-31 bearing the longest delays.
• A crash on the A-7 at Manises caused roughly four kilometres of backups due to a blocked shoulder and emergency work, with knock-on congestion on the CV-35 and V-30.
• In Catalonia, a head-on car–truck collision on the C-58 at Vacarisses on Tuesday killed a 76-year-old driver from Manresa and forced a full roadway closure.
• The Vacarisses response mobilized five Mossos patrols, three fire crews, a SEM ground unit and a medical helicopter, and investigators are examining the cause.
