Overview

• Agents from the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, IRS Criminal Investigation and Department of Labor executed the search warrant with support from El Monte police, the FBI and SWAT teams early July 25.
• The sealed warrant seeks evidence related to alleged sex trafficking, money laundering, tax evasion, mail fraud and COVID-19 pandemic-era fraud connected to the residence.

• Property records show the Tujunga home on the 7700 block of McGroarty Street is co-owned by Robert Shinn, pastor of Shekinah Church and founder of influencer agency 7M Films.
