Overview

• The new Muface healthcare agreement, effective May 1, 2025, runs through 2027 and replaces DKV with SegurCaixa Adeslas and ASISA.
• A special change period from May 1 to May 31 allows mutualists to voluntarily select a new provider or remain with their current one.
• Mutualists currently enrolled with DKV must choose a new provider during May; those who do not will be automatically assigned to public coverage under INSS.
• All provider changes, regardless of submission date, will take effect on June 1, ensuring continuity of care during the transition.
• Muface has launched an information campaign to guide mutualists through the application process, offering both electronic and conventional submission options.
