• The tribute is set for Sunday, Sept. 7, at UBS Arena in New York, airing live on MTV in the U.S. with streaming on Paramount+.
• Steven Tyler and Joe Perry of Aerosmith join Yungblud and guitarist Nuno Bettencourt to perform a medley of Osbourne’s hits confirmed by MTV.
• Tyler, Bettencourt and Yungblud recently shared the stage with Osbourne at his Back to the Beginning farewell event weeks before his death.
• Osbourne died in July at 76 of a reported heart attack, following a career spanning more than 120 million album sales, five Grammys and dual Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductions.
