• Lady Gaga remains the year’s most-nominated artist with 12 total nods after the addition of the social categories.
• The VMAs air live Sept. 7 at 8 p.m. ET from New York’s UBS Arena on CBS and MTV, with a U.S. simulcast on Paramount+, and LL Cool J serving as host.
