  • The woman alleges she was lured under false pretenses by the helicopter's pilot, David Martz, who did not disclose that Lee would be a passenger.
  • During the flight, Lee and Martz allegedly consumed alcohol, smoked marijuana, and snorted cocaine. The woman claims Lee forced her to sit on his lap, where he groped and kissed her, and attempted to force her to perform oral copulation.
  • The woman did not initially report the incident as she did not believe she would be taken seriously. She now believes that Martz and Lee had a history of engaging in indecent and illegal conduct on Martz’s helicopter.
  • Mayhem Touring, Inc., Tommy Lee, Inc., A Natural High Helicopters, L.L.C. are also named in the suit. Representatives for Tommy Lee have not yet responded to the allegations.
