MrBeast Loses Legal Battle Over 'Deez Nuts' Branding

Court prohibits Feastables from using the phrase on its packaging, but product remains available for purchase.

MrBeast, a popular YouTuber, has lost a legal battle with Florida-based peanut company Dee's Nuts over the branding of one of his Feastables candy bars.
The court has granted a permanent injunction against Feastables Inc, prohibiting the company from using 'Deez Nuts' or any similar phrase on its packaging.
Despite the court's ruling, as of December 14, 'Deez Nuts' bars are still available for purchase on the Feastables website.
Dee's Nuts, owned by Brian Ditore, has held the trademark since 2012 and sells products in 34 states.
MrBeast, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, founded Feastables in January 2022 and made $10 million in its first few months.
