• The commission cancelled its December 2024 recruitment drive in March after court orders challenged the process and qualifications.
• Vacancies have been slashed from 120 to 67 with category allocations of 14 UR, 8 SC, 17 ST, 23 OBC and 5 EWS posts.
• Candidates now need graduate or postgraduate degrees in fields like food technology, dairy technology, biotechnology, oil technology or agricultural science, with PhDs preferred.
• Online registrations open July 11 and close August 10, 2025, and the exam will be held on OMR sheets in Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur and Gwalior.
• The commission has yet to announce the exact exam date but officials say it will be released soon.
