MP CM Launches Rs 162-Crore Projects in Rewa, Unveils Varanasi Investor Summit Plan

- At Teonthar’s Vindhya Vikas Sankalp Sammelan, CM Mohan Yadav inaugurated and performed bhoomi-pujan for works exceeding Rs 162 crore.
- He broke ground on a Rs 125 crore compressed biogas plant by IOCGPS Renewable Pvt. Ltd., which will buy crop residue from farmers for fuel.
- A 400-acre industrial area was announced as land allotment letters were handed to three industrialists to set up units in the region.
- Upgrades include expanding the civil hospital from 50 to 100 beds, establishing a new ITI, and developing a corridor along the Tamas River.
- Yadav said Madhya Pradesh will host an investment summit in Varanasi in November as 17 industrialists signaled Rs 1,000 crore of plans for Rewa.
