Overview
- John Michael Beccia Jr., 35, of Highlands Ranch was arrested Wednesday, according to the Douglas County Sheriff's Office.
- He faces charges of aggravated incest, sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust, and sexual exploitation of a child.
- Beccia had worked since November 2025 as an assistant kitchen manager at Mountain Vista High School and is now on administrative leave as the district cooperates.
- He is being held at the Douglas County Detention Facility on a $100,000 bond and is due back in court on Wednesday.
