• Lousha Liddell, 25, suffered fatal injuries after a motorcycle and a Honda Civic collided on Garratt Lane in south-west London on 3 January 2024, and she died the next day in hospital.
• Jordan Spartan, 43, appeared at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court charged with causing death by dangerous driving and spoke only to confirm his personal details.

• Ahsan Zafar, 24, the Honda driver, faces separate charges of drug-driving and driving without insurance, with a reported cannabis reading of 5 micrograms against a legal limit of 2, and is due at Kingston Crown Court on 26 September.
