• Two suspects arrested for stealing a motorcycle and robbing an adolescent in Neuquén’s Balcón del Valle neighborhood triggered a riot at Comisaría Quinta upon transfer.
• Inside the station, one detainee autolesioned and both arrested individuals incited other inmates to join the disturbance.
• During the riot, a detainee broke off a piece of the cell block wall and ingested it, nearly suffocating before officers performed the Heimlich maneuver.
