Overview
- Pirelli evaluation days are set for Brno on 22 June and the Red Bull Ring on 21 September, designated as non-official sessions likely without live timing.
- Two official in-season tests on Michelin tyres will run at Jerez on 27 April and Barcelona on 18 May for current-season development work.
- Preseason begins with the Sepang shakedown on 29–31 January, followed by official tests at Sepang on 3–5 February and Buriram on 21–22 February before the Thailand opener on 27 February–1 March.
- The 2026 campaign is the final year for 1000cc bikes and Michelin as supplier, with Pirelli becoming sole tyre provider in 2027 as manufacturers continue private prototype trials.
- A post-Valencia test will open the following campaign, and support-class in-season tests are set for Moto3 at Jerez on 28 April and Moto2 at Barcelona on 19 May.
