Mother Charged with Murder in 2021 'Drowning' Case

Queensland Police allege the 4-year-old child died before entering the pool, contradicting initial reports.

An Australian woman has been arrested and charged with murder, two years after the death of a 4-year-old child initially reported as a drowning.
The child, Tarrin-Macen O’Sullivan, was found dead in a disused pool in Munbura, Queensland in August 2021.
Following a two-year investigation, Queensland Police now allege that the child died before entering the pool.
The woman, who is the mother of the child, was the only one home at the time of the incident.
The woman has also been charged with a count of misconduct with corpse by interference.
