• The Driving Lessons Grant Programme funds up to 40 hours of lessons for provisional licence holders and provides familiarisation sessions for those with existing licences.
• Eligible applicants must receive enhanced mobility benefits such as PIP, ADP or DLA and also hold a government-assessed means-tested benefit.
• Claimants need a current Motability lease or a pending vehicle application with delivery scheduled within the next four months to qualify.
• Learners remain responsible for paying both theory and practical driving test fees despite the grant covering tuition.
