- Randstad surveyed 4,089 people in Argentina, Chile and Uruguay online between August 5 and September 30, 2025.
- In Argentina, 58% say they feel valued by their direct boss, including 18% very valued and 39% moderately valued, while 29% feel little valued and 14% not at all.
- Recognition remains inconsistent, with 22% saying their boss always recognizes their work, 46% sometimes, and 32% never.
- Only 37% of Argentine respondents feel their boss always listens to their opinions, compared with 43% who say sometimes and 20% never.
- On workplace conduct, 56% report never being mistreated by a boss, 33% at least once and 2% always, while Chile leads the region on feeling valued at 59% and on recognition at 26%.
