Overview
- Moscow launched a KRT tender for seven plots in Otradnoye totaling 14.34 hectares, allowing up to 296,600 sq m of development with more than 146,000 sq m of housing and about 150,000 sq m of infrastructure.
- The Otradnoye lot carries a starting price of roughly 258.4 million rubles and a 51.67 million ruble deposit, with bidders required to show at least 29,680 sq m of projects delivered in the past five years and a plan to create about 3,500 jobs.
- A separate KRT auction in Golyanovo covers 4.48 hectares in the former Kaloshino zone for 78,810 sq m of industrial-use space across sites on Amurskaya, Biryusinka and Irkutskaya streets, targeting 800 jobs.
- In Khoroshyovo–Mnevniki, officials detailed a 107,200 sq m business center at 1-y Silikatny Proyezd, 13/1 with offices on floors 5–42, a four-level podium with a double-height lobby and food court, terraces, and both underground and above-ground parking.
- Developer Granel said monolithic works have begun on the Mypriority Mnevniki residential complex, with completion slated for Q4 2028 and investment estimated at 36 billion rubles, while finishing and structural works continue on smaller projects in Ramenki and the Ryazansky renovation site.
