Overview
- Hydrometcentre says a yellow level warning takes effect from 21:00 on October 8 in Moscow and the region due to strong overnight fog and poor dispersion of impurities.
- Visibility in parts of the capital is forecast to drop to roughly 200–700 meters through 09:00 Wednesday, with light rain and weak winds expected.
