Overview
- Officials reported that nearly 7 million square meters of municipal utility land were entered into the national real-estate register over four years, along with records for 554 buildings and more than 2,700 engineering structures spanning 1.65 million meters.
- In 2025 the city published 146 integrated redevelopment (KRT) projects planning nearly 1,300 hectares of redevelopment and over 17 million square meters of real estate, including 11.3 million square meters of housing.
- The Southern Administrative Okrug will see reorganization of more than 170 hectares under 22 published KRT documents, targeting about 2.3 million square meters of new space, roughly 808,000 square meters for the renovation program, and an estimated 12,000 jobs.
