• The Tverskoy District Court in Moscow returned Alexander Treshchyov’s 1.5 billion-ruble claim against Alla Pugacheva without consideration, citing lack of jurisdiction.
• The Savelovsky District Court had earlier registered the same claim and left it without motion.
• Three honor-and-dignity suits were filed after the interview: two by Treshchyov and one by Federal Project for Security and Anti-Corruption head Vitaly Borodin.
• Attorney Alexander Aleshkin said the plaintiffs are not proper parties to bring such claims and predicted courts would leave the filings without movement and return them.
