Moscow Court Fines TBSS Executives 163.2 Million Rubles Each in Customs Bribery Case

  • The 2.36 million ruble cash bribe that Rakovsky handed over under police control for preferential customs processing was seized as evidence and has been confiscated to the state.
  • Both defendants admitted guilt and did not appeal, and their previous restrictions were replaced with a travel pledge and good conduct order until the verdict takes legal effect.
