Morocco Unveils Plans for World's Largest Football Stadium

The 115,000-seat Grand Stade Hassan II aims to host the 2030 World Cup final, blending modern design with traditional Moroccan elements.

The stadium will be located in Benslimane, 40 km from Casablanca.
Designed by Oualalou + Choi and Populous, it features a tent-like aluminum roof inspired by Moroccan 'moussem' gatherings.
The venue will include three steep tiers of seating, extensive hospitality areas, and botanical gardens.
Construction is set to begin imminently, with the stadium poised to be a landmark of Moroccan hospitality and culture.
It is part of Morocco's joint bid with Portugal and Spain to host the 2030 World Cup.
